We are proud to announce the formation of a new team on V8 Thunder.



With the drivers #47 Kelvin Mace, (4-time Winner, Winner of the 2012 Autumn Trophy and former driver for Team Lightning, winner of the team standings 2012), #96 Carsten Theile, (10-time winner and Winner of the Independents Autumn 2012) and #123 Georg Gruber (scored a career best finish (2nd) in 2013) the team will start in the Nationwide Inters Series.



In the Winter Series Mace and Theile will race full-time, with support from Gruber as a part-time driver.

With 2 of the most consistent drivers in the league, the goal for the 2013 cup season is clear, nothing less then to win the fight for the 2013 team title, which could shape up to be a hard one.

Great Job by the team tonight.

Thanks to Carsten and Kelvin for making us lead all but 13 laps of the race, making those restrictor plate races look easy. Just those late race cautions seem to really screw us over.

Anyway, a 2-3-4 finish is goddamn AWESOME! Watch out for us in Daytona, we'll get that one!

I must say (and this shouldn't be taken as anything but a compliment) but the other teams have handed the title to you on a plate through their total inability to work together on track like you guy have.

Now I've said that, I'll expect Wonderbolts to do a team takeout at Darlington but seriously, the various titles will be well deserved when secured.

Gotta say a big thank you to my guys for getting the Spring Season Team title. I think we showed everyone how important working together is. Especially driving with Carsten (and Kelvin of course) in Daytona and Dega was great, nothing's more fun, than pushing your teammate to the front of the field.

We also had some great races at the end of the season, with 3 races with all 3 cars in the Top 5.

Carsten and Kelvin are the best teammates I could ask for, they really helped me, in getting my shit together for those races.

Big thanks to Andi Hartmann too, for being our substitute driver.

Going into the summer season, we hope that the competion will get a bit better. Come on guys, you can do better

I'm also happy to say, that we have a 4th driver, that's about to join us, as soon as he's driving his first race.
