Twin Ring Motegi Inters setup?

Hi all! Yes I am still alive! Actually I am so alive that I will make kind of a comeback tonight on Twin Ring in Inters, so I hope to see many of you guys there! However, I have a problem, as I can't find any setups for the track and I myself are no setup-guru. So if anyone have anything to share I would be very happy! Remember, I'm just doing this race, not the whole championship, so I won't be stealing many points from you guys!

I was gonna ask as well, totally lost on this track, and I'm Independent remember, no threat to the Teams

Any help gratefully received.

Mix the setups of a 1.5 mile speedway and one with a 10 degree banking.
