Hondsrugring version 2.0

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the 2nd and updated version of the Hondsrugring 1.0 and 1.5 version.
The last and final 3.0 version will have more authentic buildings, markers and road textures. Also there will be 3 extra layouts be added.
- Short version. (19km): Bypasses Gasselternijveen chicanes and Drentsemonden weg. Also Drouwen will be bypassed.
- Long version (around 48km): Stadskanaal will be added to the track.
- Known version will have 3 chicanes at the Drentsemondenweg.
INTRODUCTION
============
The Hondsrugring is a fantasy track, which comprises public roads between villages like Buinen, Drouwen, Gasselte and Buinerveen.

FEATURES:
---------
- A wide range of different tarmac and cobble roads.
- Night races are possible now, with help from lighting poles, cat-eyes and hectometre markers.
- A wide pitroad and up to 60 pit spots.
- Fog settings add a bit of realism.

There are two bugs i still haven't solved yet:
Yellow flags are shown at practice when entering the final corner before the pit.
Cars slide straight on at hairpin. It looks that this is mainly a Car-mod problem.

just had a go of the latest version, looks fun, be a fun track to race on me thinks.

Im getting quite low FPS around the first bit of the track, presumably a lot of objects and things? After the first few corners though it clears up.

Once of the cobbles there also seems to be a polygon issue in the track surface, can see lots of triangles flickering. Not sure what that is?!

The first part concerns me too. there are a lot of objects there. Maybe it is the shadow settings. Almost all objects have a LOD out=550 and collision unchecked.

Maybe i can upload the whole project. so people could help me with the frame rate.

definitely more difficult.

The TT track took with Bobs Track Builder and Google Sketchup more than 3 years to build. I want to try releasing the track on the last weekend of June. Then the 2014 Dutch TT is being held.
