Spot on summary of Rick Allen.

Yeah that Radio guy was the best for sure.

As for Brian France. Well, it's not like he can't delegate NASCAR down the drain.
It won't make any diff, they've all been on the same team for years.

So the offciail explanation why the #9 was not penalized on their pit stop was apparently because the crew guy carried the air wrench, and is allowed to take it outside the box.
Well, duh!
I thought there was a penalty for running over a crew guy? Or was that in Indycar.

Anyway and either way there should be. Who knows where a tire changer can land once he start riding the hood like that.
Now in that case there was no stall in front because the stall was located at an opening, but in a situation like that a crew guy can easily land in the stall in front or hit other crew guys from the team that's pitted in the neiboring stall, even on the bumper, if their car happens to be in for service.
Total bull how the media always covers for NASCAR, I thought there was a penalty for running over pit crew members.

yeah the penalty for hitting anything related to crew (running over hoses, crew members etc). is Indycar, I remember on Sunday saying to the Mrs they'll probably say because the wrench was still attached to the wheel changer they wouldn't punish him.

Where did Burton's integrity go? Sold to the only bidder I guess.

in that regard I feel like being commentated through a pornography flick when Rick Allen shouts the 1000s time (think automatism): "Here comes [insert driver's last name] !!!" even though it's just an - so to speak - "unavoidable pass"... :lmao:

A track worker sneezed during a track walk. We need to throw a competition caution on lap 50, so everyone can check their tires.

So NASCAR really seems to be seriously considering to run plates at 14 more tracks next year.
Don't even know what to say to that anymore.

Best you can do is hope for plenty of big ones or maybe teams starting and parking in protest.

It'll be amusing to see how the sellouts in the booth will talk up this decision of NASCAR.

The truck series has become such a joke. It's been a joke at least twice before with the caution clock and when they were allowed to only pit for either tires or fuel, not both at the same time, but these shorter distances in the CWTS and road course races overall really magnify the retardation behind this damn stage racing bullcrap.
It's got nothing to do with NASCAR racing anymore. What really baffles me is that all the teams in all the series keep going along with all of this.
NASCAR racing used to be so pure. Now it's just a dirty whore :(

By the way, what do you think of the Pinty's Series?

Yea, I followed Kyle's advice a few times already as I have not watched all of the truck or xfinity races. :lmao:

Just the Darlington coverage is so annoying every year. It's like they think that a bunch of throwback paintschemes and stuff can cover up the fact that the series is in decline.
No one gives a crap about throwback b*****t and paintschemes or how Richard Petty's grandpa stole tires in the parking lot to be able to race some event in the 60's.
Turning the Drlington 500 miler into a joke with all of this, I tell ye.

Never seen a pinty race though, so no opinion on that.

I wouldn't have the patience to watch them at normal speed throughout, but the Luxxur 300 and Le 50 Tours Can-Am were decent. :)

I had it on the whole time but only turned the volume up with 10 to go, it was pointless trying to watch the race because you just knew they would find an excuse to bunch them up for a GWC, although throwing a caution* for a power cut in the TV compound is a new excuse.

(*Not confirmed, but they didn't say why the caution was thrown either).

What is the points of the commitment line under green?
I guess it makes sense under caution when a line of cars enters the pits, but the enforcement of this rule under green is just so utterly pointless, that I want to pull my hair out.
It only causes needless penalties. :wall:

But it was a decent race still. Some crunched cages, some good hard racing for positions.

Don't you just love how nobody wants these stage wins, because of track position?
NASCAR is so genius.

How about Kenseth though? :)
Car looked pretty competetive.

Well, Newman to ROush makes not a lot of sense. Kurt Busch or Matt Kenseth are the far better drivers though it looks like Kenseth is wimping out now.
Why not exhume Mark the Mummy Martin? :lmao:

On another note, I think it is time to repave Richmond.
while at it, shorten it by 0.2 miles, lay it out like the old Bristol and make it concrete.

Yea, if you don't perform at JGR, you're done quickly.
That's why Hamlin better win some races, or he'll soon need a new ride as well.

how much dicd he pay?

For some reason, FedEx like him.
