Trailers of new games always make me realize how backward I am in terms of games lol.
The newest games installed on my computer are Richard Burns Rally and GTR (both 2004).
However, I don't play those that often. The only games I play regularly are NR2003 and CounterStrike1.6 :lmao:
Kinda stopped playing UT99 after like 10 years of active play. It's just too dead by now. Other games installed include Return to caslte wolfenstein, NR3, NR4 and GPL.

So yeah, I basically still live in the early 2000's. Someone buy me a time machine, so I can join the present

Oh my, scrap all that anyway. Last night my damn hard drive broke, and all those games are pretty much gone :wall:
Two months ago I prepped to do a back up and then put it on the backburner, and now that chicken came home to roost.
Now my latest NR2003 back up is two years old
Tons of replays and mod files scattered in the wind.
Tons of other files lost as well

Definitely gotta do them more regularly from now on :wall:

since I have this already in the copy/paste-memory, I might as well paste it in here: ;)

if you liked the LucasGames Adventures, you'll probably also like these two, now, free games:

What Makes You Tick + A Stitch in Time

(Chip.de is quite safe & serious platform. Nevertheless I suggest: don't click on "Download" [comes with a Chip.de-Installer] but on "Manuelle Installation. As you wish..)

It is only in English but unlike the chip.de review postulates (for our German speaking audience), it comes with full speech - and quite a lot I might add (in a good sense).

One problem:
this is Adobe Flash based game.
YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE, THAT DATA ERASE IS SET TO OFF OTHERWISE YOU'LL LOSE YOUR SAVE GAME WHEN YOU RE-ENTER THE GAME (or when you reboot the computer the latest).
My tip: before you play for hours and then lose all your saves, start the game and create one or two saves then reboot the computer and see if your settings allowed to keep the game saves.
(you have been warned.. ;) )

'What Makes You Tick' is Part One and is very, very short game.
'A Stitch In Time' is similar to Part One but more sophisticated and will take you a couple of hours to finish.
(hint: play part one quickly first. You'll be glad when you play part two coz it's better for the story)

have phun :)
