There is nothing wrong with the tracks, it's the cars that are the problem. Just like i said at the fastlane forum, get rid of that splitter and the side skirts. The cars are too aerodependent.
But don't ask the drivers that 25000 dollar question.

Oh there is at least one track that's totally ruined, Bristol. They've made it infinitely worse with the reconfiguration.
They turned the best track on the schedule into one of the worst.
Youre right though, not that we need to get more into it right now. I guess we all know what's wrong with NASCAR.

I am officially ready for the next NASCAR Season. How do I know?

I'm already watching past races again, like every year, currently this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pE0QE-im4ys

Man, I can't wait to crunch some bumpers

For the second time in little more than a month, NASCAR Chairman and CEO Brian France has strongly hinted that changes are coming to the Sprint Cup points system, which was last overhauled prior to the 2011 season.

"We're not satisfied we have the exact balance we want with winning, consistency, points, running for a championship," France said Tuesday night on Motor Racing Network's "NASCAR Live," radio show. "We think we can make some tweaks that continue to incentivize risk-taking, racing harder and so on. We're looking at that. We'll undoubtedly be coming with things that put the incentive on winning races and competing at the highest level."

lol, Really wonder how they're gonna screw up this time.
It'll likely backfire and make it easier for JJ to lock up the title a race eary rofl

If they wanna solve this issue, the solution is so simple, eliminate the chase :wall:

Changes Coming to Cup qualifying: The Nationwide and Camping World Truck Series each will change its qualifying format this season, doing away with single-car runs, NASCAR confirmed Friday. Robin Pemberton, vice president of competition, announced the change but would not reveal details.

Wonder how they're gonna ruin it this time

Every f****n racing series in America does it the old way, but no, NASCAR has to make it more exciting for the "fans", yeah, the fans, the f****n fans.
I'd actually find it funny, you know, lean back and watch how they run NASCAR into the ground further and further, but I guess I'm not quite there yet.

I tell you that man, I just got home and went on FB, and everything full with rumors about chase changes.

Holy shice, if they really extend the Chase to 16 drivers, they might as well get rid of it.
It really is turning into an even bigger joke.
This sanctioning body has gotten so way out of hand, they're supposed to police races, and not impose their b*****t on everybody.
I really have no respect for those big name drivers anymore, the Gordons, the Earnhardts, the Johnsons, the Stewarts and Kenseths.
At least Junior once called NASCAR out for the bs debris cautions. Anyway, these guys could critisize NASCAR without having to fear major repercussions.
But nobody is sayin anything, not even former superstars like Jarret, Wallace or Waltrip.

Well, can't wait to see what they're actually going to change this time.

New Q procedures are out, and of course do suck majestically.
It now requires multiple times the effort and resources to get a top starting spot than it did before.
I wonder how simracing platforms such as iRacing are supposed to adopt that.
Grats to NASCAR on another screw up, cause yeah, qualifying is what desperately needed an overhaul.

They (iRacing) won't, they're only adopting lucky dog from next week. Given how long the races are, qualifying won't be as important as it is for say Formula 1 at Monaco, but it'll still be good.

You never know, qualifying could even end up being more exciting than the race...

At least it's fairer than the Chase.
Well, I hope NASCAR at least accelerates a bit down the path they're going.
The faster they decline, the sooner we get to move on, and get closure.

Yeah, having multiple rounds just makes no sense anyway.
Best Q procedures are either single car runs like it was or an open qualifying session like F1 used to have years ago, although I prefer the more cost efficient, less time consuming one and rainouts lol
