I left a few years back after changing jobs and not being able to commit to racing and setting up the cars etc.

Well, i`ve fluffed that job off and i'm back on regular hours! :)

So i`f i`m allowed to join mid season, great. If not i can wait until new season.

What i did want to know though, was in the info section it links to the CTS and GNS mods, but the links are dead. Are there other links in the forum to use that work?

All i have now is the original game disc, so any help, info, links etc to get me up to speed would be ideal.

Hope to see you all on track again soon :)

Would be great to have you back Kris!

I quited the Fastlane team though... some 3 races ago. No use to have a team when you are the only driver...

Kris old chap, welcome back (yes you can join mid-season).
Fill this form out and we'll get you all sorted, we've got everything you need in the downloads area (that'll you'll get access to shortly).

You picked a bugger of a week though, Bristol LOL.

Hi Erwin. It'll be great being back. i`ve missed racing online with NR2k3.

Don't worry about team stuff, that was Paul's team anyway. I completely forgot about the forum signature :)

Hi Smiffy!

Thank you Mr. Admin :)

I`ve filled the form in. Not sure i`ll start at Bristol, as it's been a while since i raced online and specially online with NR.
I think it best for all if i practice for the next race and join then?

Edit: Shame i can't have my old 147 race number though <pout>

If you want 147 you can have it, it's only not on the list because I didn't want to have to deal with 999 columns.

Cheers RH.

I went sifting through my old back-up CD's and found a bunch of stuff relating to NR.
One of those was the game folder i backed up, so i`m on a soundpack i liked way back when. Cant remember who's it is, but i like it.

Had some trouble with the game crashing on pressing 'Drive', but perma-disabling DEP did the trick and it works like a charm. Good job, because i don't think i can handle another windows install :wall:

My only disability now is talent. It's been sooooo long since i`ve raced ovals and NR i`m completely rusty. Will take some getting used to again, that's for sure.
